The Oxy 2 from Oxy Heli is the little brother to the extremely popular
Oxy 3 family of helicopters! From the designers at Lynx Heli, the Oxy 2
is not just a shrunk down Oxy 3, it's a specific designed tailored
towards being the best within the sub 200mm main blade class of
helicopters. The Oxy 2 is extremely flexible with it's electronics
package set up, and can range from equipment that would typically fit in
a Blade 180CFX, and also use most components that would work in a T-Rex
250 helicopter.
Designed for all pilots, the Oxy 2 is great for those looking to own
a small backyard sized heli for hovering and simple flying, or for
those that want to experience exhilarating 3D performance from a micro
helicopter, the Oxy 2 can do it all! Oxy 2 features some design
influences from the Oxy 3, and also features some new design concepts
which are unique to the Oxy 2. Unique features such as the servo layout,
landing gear, & main frames. The servo lay out allows for pilots to
access each servo arm screw for ease of maintenance and repairs. The
landing gear & main frames feature a unique 2 piece landing gear
(Left and Right pieces), & main frame designed to provide maximum
rigidity and also the best crash durability possible. Additionally the
main frame features several bearing block adjustment holes allowing for
the use of different sized cyclic servos.
The Oxy 2 215 Sport was born to suite the need of pilots asking for a
lightweight edition, as well as aggressively priced model (kit &
spare parts)! The use of plastic components in certain areas of the Oxy 2
215 Sport help reduce weight and save costs. The Oxy 2 215 Sport can
still keep up with the "Factory Edition" fully CNC aluminum models in
all out 3D performance! No sacrifices were made in regards to plastic
quality.
